Jackies number one job is a Mechanic by trade so he therefore comes into the Semi Professional Photographer section by definition, he works professionally as a freelance photographer on a part time basis.
It's no wonder he likes to shoot racing cars and dragsters! Take a look at these and the roll overs.
The Gatornationals - Florida
An event I attended myself, in fact I think Jackie got in the way of my pictures :-) A great opportunity for you to compare the
different locations and the difference you can get in pictures, mine are in the Events & Sports section, I like the power in the front
wheel lifts and look at the pressure on the dragsters rear wheel on the roll over shot, I managed to speak to Jackie personally, he
said the noise was incredible and he had to use high shutter speeds because the noise when the cars started off was so loud it was
vibrating the camera in his hand, not something you think about when your packing your bag, ear plugs! And a steady cam!!!
